Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your card has been programmed with your business's Google review link, it's packaged and sent straight out.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via NZ Post within New Zealand.

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (North Island), 3–7 business days (South Island)
• Delivery times may vary slightly for rural addresses

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by text or email once your order has shipped.
